Technical overview

Deployment architecture

VideoSnap is deployed as a containerised application within the client's own environment. It does not require inbound connections from Gelosia systems. The client controls all data storage, processing configuration and access policies.

Supported deployment targets

• On-premise servers
• Private cloud (AWS, Azure, GCP VPCs)
• Hybrid environments

AI processing

The transcription and field extraction pipeline uses AI services configured by the client. Supported options include services the client has independently contracted. Where required, fully local model options are available — to be confirmed at scoping for specific models and languages. Gelosia does not receive or process client video data.

Integration

• Webhook output: structured JSON payload on each submission event
• Fields included: submission_id, timestamp, transcript, extracted_fields object, source_video_reference, audit_log_url
• Compatible with: n8n, Zapier, Make, and direct REST API integrations

Access controls

• Role-based access (Admin, Reviewer, Read-only)
• Submission audit log (immutable)
• AI-generated content labelled and timestamped separately from source video
• No shared access between client tenancies

Security

• All submissions transmitted over TLS
• Storage encryption at rest: client-configured (inherits client environment policy)
• No Gelosia telemetry or callback to external systems in production deployment
