Terms of Service
Effective date: 21 September 2026
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the VideoSnap website, product information, trial requests, and related services provided by Gelosia Ltd (“Gelosia”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using this website or requesting access to VideoSnap, you agree to these Terms.
1. Who we are
VideoSnap is a product of Gelosia Ltd, a company registered in the United Kingdom. Contact details are published on our Contact page. Our landline connects to a virtual receptionist that can take messages and route enquiries.
2. What these Terms cover
These Terms apply to this marketing website and to enquiries, demo views, and trial requests submitted through it. Separate subscription, order, or enterprise agreements may apply once you become a paying VideoSnap customer. If there is a conflict between those agreements and these Terms, the customer agreement controls for the paid service.
3. Acceptable use of the website
You may browse the site and contact us for legitimate business purposes. You must not:
- Attempt to disrupt, scrape abusively, or reverse engineer the site or related systems
- Submit false, misleading, or unlawful information through forms
- Use the site to send spam or malicious content
- Interfere with security, rate limits, or access controls
4. Trials and access
Trial access to VideoSnap is subject to approval and may be limited in duration, features, or volume. We may accept, refuse, suspend, or end a trial at our discretion. Trial accounts remain our property and must not be shared beyond your organisation without our written consent.
5. Customer content and video capture
If you use VideoSnap (including during a trial), you are responsible for the videos and data you collect, the people who appear in them, and any notices or consents required under applicable law. You must not use VideoSnap to capture unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.
You retain ownership of your content. You grant us a limited licence to host, process, and transmit that content solely to provide and improve the service, including AI-assisted features you enable (such as transcription or moderation), subject to our Privacy Policy and any customer agreement.
6. Intellectual property
The VideoSnap name, branding, software, documentation, and website content are owned by Gelosia Ltd or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials except as expressly allowed in writing.
7. Third-party services
The website or product may link to or integrate third-party services (for example analytics, privacy tooling, voice reception, cloud AI providers, or payment processors). Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party sites or services we do not control.
8. Privacy
How we handle personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. By using the site or submitting a form, you acknowledge that processing as described there.
9. Disclaimers
The website and any trial or demo access are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of uninterrupted availability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement regarding marketing materials and trial use.
Nothing on this website is legal, insurance, or professional advice. Product descriptions may change as VideoSnap evolves.
10. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gelosia Ltd is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from use of this website or a trial.
Our total aggregate liability arising from these Terms or website use is limited to £100, except where liability cannot be limited or excluded under UK law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud).
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The effective date above will change when we do. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
12. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that consumers in other jurisdictions may have mandatory local rights that cannot be waived.
Questions
If you have questions about these Terms, contact Gelosia Ltd via the Contact page, email info@gelosia.co.uk, or call the published landline (virtual receptionist) or mobile number.
